Overview
Visit Meeran Mosque, the oldest mosque in Pondicherry, revered by Muslims for its distinct Gothic Islamic architecture. Built around 350 years ago by the Arcod Nawabs, the mosque features four pillars supporting its dome and a Bronze Kallasa on the front-facing minaret. It also serves as the resting place for the mosque's builder and Suubhi Erai Perriar Mullah.
