Cancellation Policy
- 100% Deposit payment upon reservation is non-refundable. If cancellations are made 14 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total charges will be charged as cancellation fees. If cancellations are made within 0-14 days or “No Show” before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees. All changes in the reservations shall be made in writing by e-mail. The receipt must be acknowledged by the Resort
- In addition, should any guests check-out early, 100 % retention will be charged for those nights booked, and the cottage will be released due to the early check-

- Beautiful place in the midst of nature. We stayed at the king's villa and it really felt like a king's place. It's a beautiful wooden villa with lovely lookouts and very comfortable rooms and a living room. The washrooms have an amazing view and feel!!
There are coffee and pepper plantation trails to walk inside the estate, must go in the mornings.
The food prepared by them was so homely and tasty, and very personalized.

In contrast to the rest of India, Coorg experiences mild summers, a cool respite in the lap of nature. It is the best time to experience the rolling hills.
And you do not want to miss the magical monsoon of Coorg, because, while all websites and media tell you to visit between September and June, it is in the monsoon that Coorg truly awakens.
During the winters, the mountains call you home to the rich splendor of the Western Ghats.
