All you want to know about the Experience
If you're intrigued about the life that lurks beneath the sea's shy blue waves, we have an experience for you that you should absolutely check out. Scuba diving aficionados go to the island of Netrani, which is barely 10 nautical miles off the coast of Karnataka. When viewed from above, the island takes on the shape of a heart, earning it the moniker Heart Shape Island. The seas here are alive with Turtles, Napoleon Wrasse, Great Barracuda, Cobia, White and Black Tip Sharks, Stingrays, and Stonefish, thanks to the naturally created coral reefs that run the length of the shoreline. Divers have reported having seen wild orcas and whale sharks surrounding the island on many occasions.
Netrani offers the easiest access to clear water diving in India. The visibility is usually over 15-30 meters, water temperatures are in the 26 to 32-degree range, and marine life is rich in variety. Throughout the dive, the instructors will keep a tight eye on you, ensuring that you never escape their sight. Dives can take anywhere from 30 to 40 minutes, depending on your breathing capabilities and degree of comfort underwater. The seas are crystal clean from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. With the cameras given by the instructors, you'll be able to record a brief movie of your dive underwater.
Come explore the diverse world of marine life here at the famed Netrani Island!
