Note: 

• All our prices EXCLUDE Fuel, Meals, Beverages, Tolls, Activities, and Taxes. These costs are to be paid directly by the guest at actuals during the journey (fuel & tolls) and at the site (meals and activities). Diesel mileage approx. 4 Kms per litre.
• The maximum capacity for the camper is 4 guests, including children.
• Recommended baggage allowance is 15kg per person.
• A deposit of Rs. 10,000/- is to be paid for intra-state travel and Rs. 20,000/- for inter-state travel.
• Every additional hour past 8 PM on the day of the return shall be charged at a rate of Rs. 2000/- plus GST per hour.
• The vehicle has an average mileage restriction of 300 Kms per day. Additional distance travelled beyond this average will be charged at Rs 20/- plus GST per km extra (fuel cost excluded) at the end of the trip.
• A night halt charge of Rs 5,000/- plus GST will be charged for every night the vehicle is halted with the guest.

Cancellation Policy 

• For cancellation intimated with more than 21 days to travel date, no cancellation charge will be applicable.
• For cancellation intimated between 20 days and 14 days prior to the travel date, 30% of the booking advance will be retained by us.
• For cancellation intimated within 13 days of the travel date, 100% of the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
