TEAMBUILDING ACTIVITIES

You will take on a series of strategic, physical and mental challenges designed to push your team to their limits. The pressure of time and competition are used to develop key business skills including communication, decision-making and leadership. Activities are used to develop skills in more than one area. The modules below provides a referral . Note: they can be customised based on your specific requirement.

Head & Tail
Head and tail is a great way to illustrate the importance of competitiveness, zeal to perform better and clearly focus on the role assigned to ensure collective success of the team through stepping outside personal boundaries.The activity involves passing a certain message (Head or tail) through each team member starting from the back of the line to the front. All team members will be lined up one behind the other. Limitations such as no verbal communication, no turning back and no sign language will be set.One member from each team is randomly chosen to be the team leader. The team leader(s) will be free to move about. He/She will ensure the message passes through each member.Team members may be blindfolded. A random object may be used as a message. Obstacles may be added.

Blindfold walk
Blindfold Walk Activity is an effective team building activity involving leadership and building trust, as blindfolded participants must rely on instructions given to them in order to avoid various obstacles. Once the blindfolded partner is ready, slowly spin the person around a few times so that they are unsure which direction they are headed. Guide the participants to the field with obstacles. From this point on, the guide should not touch the partner at all, but rely solely on verbal cues (e.g. “In approximately five steps ahead, there will be a tree branch. Go ahead and step over it slowly.")

Balloon Under and Over
This team game involve team understanding. The objective of this game is fill as much balloon as possible. Balloons filled with water will be there. Team has to form a straight line and balloon has to be passed, the interesting part is the first member has to pass the balloon under arm and the next has to hold it over arm and vice versa till it reach the end bucket to be filled. The maximum filler will be the winner and those team who burst the balloon will be having minus point.

Marble Pipe
Marble Pipe is a classic activity that will encourage your group to work together to achieve a common goal. Pipeline teaches your group that each participant has a part to play and is important to the overall success of the team. This competitive or non-competitive team challenge tasks your team with constructing a free-standing "pipeline" that will deliver a rolling marble from a starting line 25 feet away, into a bucket sitting upright on the ground.
