All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel or activity provider. Any disputes or issues regarding bookings or hotel stays must be resolved directly with the host.

    3. The Company reserves the right to withdraw Your access to the Website, at any time, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever. The provisions regarding to disclaimer, privacy policy, accuracy of information and indemnification shall survive the withdrawal of Your access to the Website.
