Explore the Galaganatha Group of Temples

Head to the banks of River Mahaprabha in Aihole, Karnataka to explore the Galaganatha group of temples. This ancient site houses 38 shrines, most of which are in ruins, but the Galaganatha Temple has retained much of its structure and holds a shrine of Lord Shiva. These temples have their origins traced back to the 8th century, with one structure dating back to the 10th century.
