- If cancellation is intimated 7 days prior to check-in, then a 50 % refund will be initiated.
- If cancellation is intimated less than 7 days prior to check-in, then no refund will be awarded.

It is surrounded by lush greenery with cosy rooms and the loveliest hosts that make you feel right at home! The food is authentic to the region and that’s what I love about it, you get to have a true Coorg experience. You can go for a long estate walk or relax in the room whatever you prefer. There are plenty of activities close by, including this insane waterfall that is a must-do!! Spent my NYE at the barn and we couldn't have asked for more
