• Outside food is not allowed on the property.

• Carry comfortable trekking/walking shoes, insect repellent, and weather-appropriate clothing.

• Please carry a valid government ID for check-in.

• Loud music is not permitted to maintain the natural tranquility of the property.

• Use the private pool responsibly; children must be supervised at all times.

• Damages caused to the property will be chargeable as per hotel policy.

• For any disputes, the jurisdiction will fall under Quepem Court.

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable.

  RESERVATION, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  Reservation Guidelines

• Primary guest must be 18+ years.

• Valid government Photo ID is mandatory.

• Accepted IDs: Aadhaar, Driving License, Passport.

• Cancellation Charges

• Before 7 working days: 100% refund of advance.

• Between 7 – 3 days: 50% charge of package value.

• Within 3 days / same-day: 100% charge.

• Extensions of stay will require a new reservation as per prevailing rates.

  Refund Policy

• Bank charges applicable on refunded amounts.

• Bookings confirmed only after advance payment.

• Payment can be made online, via wire transfer or UPI.

• All additional charges during stay must be settled at checkout.
