Please note: 

• For the Hatches, we recommend an age limit of 18- 45 years, since there are a few limitations.
• Pets cannot be accommodated in the Hatches.
• Ziplining-Weight Limit of 30 kg to 120 kg
• Swimming pool: Adult supervision is compulsory with kids below 15 yr are on the pool premises.

Exclusions 

• Additional meals or snacks (Available at additional cost from the a la carte menu)
• Alcoholic Beverages
• Pick-up and drop-off services
• Anything not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.

Cancellation Policy 

• If cancellation is intimated more than a week prior to the check-in date, then 100% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• If cancellation is intimated between 2-7 days from the check-in date, then 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• If cancellations are intimated less than 2 days from the check-in date, then no refund shall be granted.
• Cancellations made with genuine reasons related to accident or COVID will be granted a full refund with proof.
