A very good resort. Nice and relaxing environment with best services and polite staffs. Mr. Narendra was very helpful with my friends providing best food services. Mr. Raju and ishwar was also provide us with best service. A good place to enjoy with your friends in the midst of bonfire and delicacies with a sound and relaxing environment.

It's only a fancy-looking place with basics of hospitality not in place. Overall experience was disappointing and for the quality and quantity of services they're providing, its way too overpriced. 1. I booked through agoda where they charge less for 2people and more for 3 people without giving extra bed, extra towel, or other amenities. While booking they don't show that we have to pay for extra bed and when we arrived, they gave us only one medium sized bed for 3 people. I had to argue with receptionist that we need extra bed, not matrice for floor. Finally they agreed for extra bed and towel but only bed arrived after waiting for so long after our check in. No towel, no extra toiletries or cup or glasses. The bedding was also smelly. One of the two guys who came to install the bed had extremely stinking feet which caused bad odour in the entire room. Since it was night, we couldn't open wondow for ventilation to avoid mosquitoes. Since we were too tired from the trip and their slow service i had to sleep with the smelly cover only. 2. While entering the resort, security guard stopped my car and wasted 7 minutes. His booking list was not updated with my name and eventually he let us go to talk at reception. What's the point of stopping the guests if you're not updated. Receptionist at the night was helpful and well mannered. The two receptionists in the daytime were clueless about 3 people and not hospitable. Wifi name and password were told verbal for customer to remember. While checking out i had to come back to reception just to collect a checkout card to show at security, the receptionist could have said on walkie-talkie to security guard to let us go without card incasw someone forgets to collect card. I told at intercom in advance that we're checking out and gave keys to bell boy. neither then, nor at checkout were we told about collecting checkout card.
