• If cancellation is intimated 7 days prior to check-in, then a 100% refund will be initiated.
• If cancellation is intimated between 3-7 days prior to check-in, then no refund will be awarded but guests can reschedule their stay for a period of 3 months depending on availability.
• In case of lockdown or travel restriction due to Covid-19, a 100% refund will be initiated.
