Camping and Nature Stay at Coconut Grove Farm

No pets are not allowed. 

Four people can occupy one cottage. We have 5 cottages available.  

You can avail a farm tour, domestic animal park tour and other activities.  

The farm stay is located at the foothills of the forest. To avid disturbing the neighbours or nearby wildlife, music is not played after 11:00 PM and music prior is played at moderate volume.  

A visit to the nearby toy factory can be arranged on request. However, please inform the staff in advance or at the time of booking.

1. Check in Time is 11 AM and Checkout is 10 AM next day. 

2. Aadhar card/ Govt ID of all the guests will have to be shown while check in. 

3. 100% Advance to be paid while booking. 

4. Cancellation Charges of 50% will be applicable before 24 Hours, No Refund after that. 

5. Due to pandemic we are not providing toiletries. 

6. We do not stock Packaged Condiments and Cold Drinks. Please do carry back all the plastic covers of condiments or cold drinks and do not litter in the farm. 

7. It is a farm and you can expect insects, mosquitos, frogs so kindly be aware of the protections. 

8. We are on the foothills of forest so we cannot have loud music and the quiet time starts after 11.00 PM. 

9. Pets are allowed. 

10. No harm should be done to animals and guests should not go close to animals without guide’s permission. 

11. Vegetables, Fruits, or flowers should not be plucked. 

12. Vehicles will have to be parked at the designated parking places. 

13. In case of rains or natural calamities if any activities are cancelled there is no refund. 

14. Consumption of Liquor is prohibited. 

15. If any guest is found consuming drugs or banned narcotics, they will be immediately taken to the local police station. 

16. Guests are expected to maintain civility in their interactions with other staff/guests. Any aggressive or threatening behavior towards staff/guests will invite eviction from the property 

17. Room cleaning charges will be levied if rooms are spoilt with vomit etc. 

18. Room keys will have to be handed over at the reception while going out. 

19. For medical assistance first aid kit is available. 

20. Guests will have to keep their personal properties safe and for any loss of properties Management is not responsible. 

21. The Property is under CCTV Surveillance. 

22. We are an eco-friendly property and we encourage people to use bio-degradable products and plastics will not be allowed inside the Property.
