About the experience
The Sharavathi Nature Camp offers visitors the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in the natural wonder of the monsoon season. As the rain-laden clouds pass and the weather becomes more conducive for outdoor activities, individuals have the chance to partake in nature walks and listen to the soothing sounds of birds in their natural habitat.
During these walks, one may have the chance to witness the delicate fluttering of butterflies as they move from flower to flower, and indulge in the tranquility of the pastoral surroundings. Additionally, the camp offers opportunities for aquatic adventures such as coracle rides, kayaking, and joy fishing, allowing visitors to drift along the refreshing blue waters of the nearby reservoir.
As the day comes to a close, one can savor the experience of sipping a hot cup of coffee while watching the sun paint the sky with shades of soft orange and brilliant crimson hues. The Sharavathi Nature Camp also offers the opportunity to wake up to misty mornings and embark on a drive into the densely wooded forest of the Sharavathi Valley Wildlife Sanctuary. This sanctuary encompasses a part of the Sharavathi river basin and boasts of evergreen and moist deciduous forests, offering visitors a chance to be cradled in nature's lap and fully enjoy the ethereal beauty of the Sahyadris.

- All request for cancellation of confirmed booking have to be received through email or in writing if booked at our office in Bangalore.
- 10% of the tariff, if cancelled two or more than two weeks before check in date/time.
- 50% of the tariff, if cancelled between 48hours to two weeks before check in date/time.
- No refund if cancelled less than 48hours before check in date/time.
- One postponement / Preponement is free if requested two or more than two weeks before check in date/time (Once postponed /preponed there is no further change or cancellation).
- 10% of the tariff, if requested between 48hours to two weeks before check in date/time.
- 50% of the tariff, if requested within 24hours to 48 hours before check in date/time.
- No modification, if requested within 24 hours to check in.

Common birds sighted are Kingfishers, Indian peafowl, Hoopoes, Hornbills, Pond herons, Grey headed bulbuls and Cormorants. Also, a notable variety of butterflies found here are also worth your time.
