• Guests must pre-book a scuba diving or snorkeling activity for staying with us. A partial or full advance payment for the activities will be required.
• Bookings for guests who are taking part in dive activities will be given preference.

Cancellation Policy 

• For cancellations received 30 or more days before scheduled arrival, 97% refund will be made.
• For cancellations received within 30 days of scheduled arrival, NO REFUND will be made.
• No refund is applicable for no-show, unused nights or early checkout.
• Upon no-show on the scheduled check-in date, we reserve the right to release the booking.
• NO REFUND for cancellation of bookings made for the period 15 Dec to 05 Jan.
• The bank charges for all refunds are to be borne by the guest.
