- If cancellation is intimated 15 days prior to the check-in date, 25% of the booking amount will be retained.
- If cancellation is intimated 7 days prior, 50% of the booking amount will be retained.
- No refund will be given for cancellations intimated within 7 days.

- Nice place. Very cooperative and helpful staff. Cottages are neat and clean. They go out of way to help their guest. Easy location. It is next to a village so you can talk to local people while walking outside.
- Lovely place in terms of the ambience and customer service by the staff members. They are very nice and felt homely.
- The staff was friendly and they attended to our every need. The food was good. The resort is a little inside and the approach road needs some work. Overall a good experience.
