Cancellation Policy
Confirmed bookings may be altered, cancelled or cut short if intimation in writing reaches the company as per the following terms:
- 20 days prior to check-in: No cancellation charges
- Between 10 and 20 days prior to check-in: Cancellation charges equal to 50% of the full booking amount.
- Within 10 days of check-in: Cancellation charges equal to 100%
- of the full booking amount.
- All refunds will attract a 5% administrative charge.

- To really enjoy the resort, you should book a minimum of two nights so you can enjoy all the activities and relax with the various amenities.
