- If cancellations are made more than 7 days prior to the check-in date, then 75% of the booking amount will be refunded.

- If cancellations are made less than 48 hours prior to the check-in date, then no refund shall be awarded.

- A home away from home that one can escape to after dealing with a hectic routine of life. Situated amidst a huge coffee estate, we got a chance to experience nature at its best. Every detail of the resort be it furnishing, Malnad style food, entertainment, jeep drives in the tough terrain etc. was fab. Special thanks to the staff including Suraj, who was courteous, friendly, and a great host to the guests at the resort.
