Terms & Conditions:
- It is mandatory for all guests including children (Indian & Foreign nationals) to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. Pan Card is not considered as a valid photo identity in terms of Hotel/Resort check-in.
- 100% advance payment has to be done before guest check-in.
- Check in at 2:00PM & Check out at 12:00PM
- Pets are not allowed
- No smoking in the room.
- No Bar - But you can bring your own bottle and consume in room. Alcohol consumption is not allowed in public areas.
- No loud music allowed in the resort as this a nature resort and the peace and tranquility has to be maintained, noise levels are restricted after 10.00 pm
- Swimming pool is open 7.00 am to 7.00 pm (No glassware /coolers/drinks/food are allowed in pool area. For the safety of our guests, our resort adheres to a no diving policy.
- Management is not responsible for any untoward incident or accident caused during the stay, request to have a responsible holiday.
- Extra adult and child policy:
- Children up to 05 years will be complimentary sharing the parent’s rooms without extra mattress.
- Children 6 years – 13 years, child charges will be applicable.
- 14 years and above considered as an adult and extra adult charges will be applicable.
