Days here can be spent exploring the lush green surroundings, trekking along picturesque trails, or hopping on jeep safaris organized by the Karnataka State Forest Department. The homestay itself offers a charming escape from city life, with large paned windows in the bedrooms that give you stunning views of the forest.

- Children below the age of 5 years are not charged.
- Children between the age of 5-11 years are charged 50% of the adult rate.
- Children above the age of 11 will be charged the adult rate.
- Main road safari and trekking on a first come first serve basis depending on weather conditions.

Cancellation Policy
- If cancellation is intimated 15 days prior to check-in, then a 100% refund will be rewarded.
- If cancellation is intimated less than 15 days prior to check-in, then no refund will be awarded.

- This is situated inside a coffee and pepper plantation. It consists of eight fully furnished rooms on two floors with all modern amenities.
- An Excellent place with a great ambiance for an office trip. Located in the center of a Coffee estate made things were better esp. the tent like a Jungle Lodge.
