Things to note

Please note: 

• Guests will only have access to the first floor of the property. The upstairs consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room and kitchen space as well as 2 spacious balconies.
• Guests need to climb a flight of stairs to get to the upper floor. As the property is not equipped with an elevator or wheelchair ramps, we do not recommend this property for our elder guests.
• Post 11:30 PM, guests are expected to refrain from playing loud music.
• The prices mentioned on our site are on a 6-sharing basis. For smaller groups looking to book the property, kindly get in touch with the Avathi team.

Cancellation policy  

• If cancellation is intimated more than 10 days prior to the check-in date, then 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• If cancellation is intimated less than 10 days prior to the check-in date, then no refund shall be awarded.
