- If cancellation is intimated more than 15 days before the check-in date, then a full refund will be awarded.
- If cancellation is intimated in between 4-15 days from the check-in date, then only 30% of the booking amount will be refunded.
- If cancellations are intimated with less than 4 days to the check-in date, then no refund will be awarded.

- Best place to stay when you are in Chikmagalur. Amidst nature and it makes you feel so homely. Staffs are very friendly and will help with everything. Bonfire at night looks amazing. Highly recommended if you are visiting with kids as they have plenty of space for them to enjoy as well. Just loved the place.
