Things to note

Swimming pool do's and don'ts 

1. No Diving 
2. Alcohol consumption not allowed  
3. Appropriate swimming costume
4. Shower before entering the pool 
5. Food not allowed 
6. Kids should be accompanied by parents 
7. Use only pool towel 
8. Management is not responsible for your valuables and belonging
9. Pets not allowed
10. Pool timing 3:00 pm to 9:00pm and 6:00am to 9:00am


 

Note:

•  50% amount should be paid at the time of booking and the balance 50% amount should be paid at the time of checkin .
•  Children below the Age of 5 years free of cost.
• Children between the ages of 5-10 years will be charged 50%.
• Children above the age of 10 years will be considered as Adult and will be charged full.
•  Pets are not allowed inside the restaurant .
•  No shouting and loud music.
•  Sightseeing & Transportation are not included in package.
•  Transportation charges extra. If you required.
• No cancellation on events booking -No amount will be refunded.
•  We have hundred variety of fruits and flowers .
•  plucking of fruits and Fowler’s are not allowed inside the resort premises .

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, the Deposit will be refunded as follows:

50%of tariff for cancellation 2 weeks before check-in date/time (exclusive of check-in date)

25%of tariff for cancellation before two working days .

No refund for cancellation less than 48hrs of check in time before check-in date/time .

There are no refunds or credits issued for early checkouts.
