- Any amendment/cancellation up to 30 days prior to the check-in date, 10% of the total package value for the booked period will be retained.
- Any amendment/cancellation between 30 days to 15 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the total package value for the booked period will be retained.
- Any amendment/cancellation less than 15 days of arrival date, 100% of the total package value for the booked period will be retained.

- Superb evergreen place, nice property with lush, green surroundings and a lot of in-house activities to keep you entertained. Kids will love this place.
- A great place to reconnect with nature. The food is delicious and the resort is right in the rainforest which makes for a unique stay.
- Nestled in the forest area with the birth place of the Kabini River, flowing as a stream inside the resort, it is an ideal place for relaxation. The staff was very courteous, following COVID-19 protocol. Best part is no TV in the room. Rooms are well kept. Enjoyed Kerala cuisines.
- No AC is provided in the villa as it’s not necessary due to the cool weather.
- Mystical place. We stayed for 5 days in mid-Oct, the weather was perfect, lush green surroundings and gushing water in the stream inside the resort. We woke up every day to the Malabar Thrush's whistling sound, spent countless hours reading in our cottage facing the stream. A beautiful place that we can’t wait to visit again.
