Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change — and while it makes us sad to see you go, we get it.
Here’s how cancellations and refunds work to keep things smooth for everyone:

For Complete Trip Cancellations

Up to 2 Weeks Prior: ✅ Full refund on the deposit amount.

Up to 1 Week Prior: 50% refund on the deposit amount.

Less than 1 Week Prior: ❌ No refund.

Section I: Fun Divers

Single-Day Diving Cancellations

Up to 36 Hours Prior: No cancellation charges.

Between 36 Hours Prior & 5 PM the day before dive: ₹2,000 cancellation charge applies.

After 5 PM the day before dive or “No Shows”: Charged as per a full day of diving.

📅 Rescheduling may be possible (subject to availability) — please check at the Dive Center.

Section II: Student Divers

Changing a Single Day’s Dive Plan:
May be allowed, subject to discussion with your dive instructor.

No Shows:
₹5,000 + 18% GST will be charged for the skipped day.
(Hangovers or snoozed alarms don’t count as valid excuses 😉)

Complete Trip Cancellations:

Up to 2 Weeks Prior: Full refund on deposit.

Up to 1 Week Prior: 50% refund on deposit.

Less than 1 Week Prior: No refund.

Within 2 Days of Course Start: ₹10,000 + 18% GST cancellation charge.

Section III: Experience Programs

Up to 72 Hours Prior: Full refund.

After 72 Hours: No refund.

Rescheduling (subject to availability) may be possible up to 5 PM the previous day without penalty.

After 5 PM the day before the dive: ❌ No refund or rescheduling.

“No Shows”: Full program charges apply.

Section IV: Third-Party Services

(Partner Resorts, Ferry Services, Airport Transfers, etc.)

We facilitate these services for your convenience — however, we are not the primary operator for these services.
Unless specified otherwise, please assume such bookings are non-refundable.
Rescheduling may be possible, with a change fee (0–50%) depending on the time of year and notice period.

💡 Note: Regardless of the above, there is a non-refundable ₹7,500 charge for theory and course materials.
These materials remain yours to use, and you’ll receive a referral for the completed theory that can be used at another Dive Center.
