Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel 28 days or more before your arrival date, you will receive 100% of your deposit back minus an administration fee equivalent to one day’s stay at your room rate.
- If you cancel 14 days or more before your arrival date, you will receive 50% of your deposit back.
- If you cancel 14 days or less before your arrival date, your full deposit will be retained.
- If you do not turn up and do not advise us of a delay, we will hold your room for 24 hours before letting it to other guests.
You will not receive a refund of your deposit if you fail to turn up without advising us. - We will do our best to accommodate date changes however it is not always possible. Please try to give us as much notice as possible. We are generally able to accommodate date changes with 14 days or more notice, except at peak times, e.g., Christmas, Easter, etc.

- Best thing about the place no trees were chopped to make this cafe. They adjusted to accommodate the trees around. This was the reason we actually went to this place. The place has fresh vibes, the staff is so helpful, happy and extremely warm. The food is amazing. We ordered mushroom risotto and pork chops which was more than enough for two people. The portions were apt. The pricing was reasonable. A place definitely to be checked out if you visit Palolem.
- Service was excellent, great ambience. The rooms were clean and good food. Live music was superb on one day. The view was great as the beach is right in front of the restaurant

Slight issues checking in (early hours) but Karma, our room, super spacious with both AC and ceiling fans. Good bathroom hidden behind a bookcase! Staff smiley and food in restaurant good. Right on the beach with plenty of live music on offer.

No, but we are located right on the beach so you can always take a dip in the wide-open sea.

No, meals are not included with the package. The resort has an in-house restaurant where you can order delicious cuisines prepared by our seasoned chefs.
