Sprawling across 120 acres of a former coffee plantation, the resort brings you the old-world charm of Coorg mixed with the creature comforts you need on a vacation. Spend the evenings either working up an appetite in the resort's well-equipped fitness centre or treat yourself to a soothing massage that's bound to make you forget all your worries. Cancellation Policy 

• Full refund for cancellation only if intimation reaches the Company in writing 30 days prior to the check in date.
• Requests for early check-in or late check-out will be subject to availability and charged as per the duration of stay.
• 25% retention for cancellation 15 days prior to check-in.
• 50% retention for cancellation 7 days prior to check-in.
• Full retention for cancellation within 07 days of check-in.
• In the case of No Show / Late Check in / Early check-out there will be NO REFUND. Any cancellation for the confirmed booking will have processing fees irrespective of the date of cancellation. Please note: the refund process may take 15 -20 working days.
