Kodaikanal is a beautiful hill station filled with misty blue hills, craggy granite cliffs, forested valleys, serene lakes and spectacular waterfalls. Dating back to the 1840’s, this sprawling hotel is filled with colonial inspired interiors, warm wooden flooring, soft fluffy beds and flowers blooming delicately right outside your window. The building was originally called Baynes Bungalow and was owned by the British District Judge, Mr Baynes. It is one of the first houses to be built in the region and its rich history makes you feel as though you are staying at an inn from yesteryear.
Take a long dip in the temperature-controlled swimming pool located right above an astounding view of the valley below or shoot your best shot with a competitive game of billiards.
