Things to note

Please note: 

• This property is restricted only to the ground floor of the villa. For larger groups looking to book the entire villa, contact the Avathi Team.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.
• The property is pet-friendly; however, pets are not allowed on the beds. Guests are expected to carry food and bedding for their pets.
• Guests are required to hand over a hard copy of their Aadhar Card to the housekeeper at the time of check-in.

• Bonfire (Available at an additional cost of Rs. 250)
• Alcoholic Beverages
• Pick-up and drop-off services.
• Anything not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.

Cancellation Policy

• If cancellation is intimated more than 1 week from the check-in date, the guests can opt to reschedule their trip to another date based on availability.
• Cancellations intimated within less than 1 week from the check-in date, will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
• Once the booking has been confirmed, cancellations will not be entertained. Rescheduling is only possible if the cancellation is intimated more than a week prior to the check-in date.
