Rauza Sharif, also known as the Dargah of Shaikh Ahmad Faruqi Sirhindi, is a significant site of tourist attraction in Sirhind, Punjab. This historical monument is dedicated to Shaikh Ahmad, also known as Mujaddid, Alf Sani, and is revered by Sunni Muslims. The mausoleum is adorned with beautiful arches, splendid domes, and exhibits a heavy influence of Muslim architecture. The interior features carvings of religious lines penned by Shaikh Ahmad, and the Dargah also includes a Gurudwara built to commemorate brave youngsters. The best time to visit is during the Urs of Shaikh Ahman Sirhindi in August, and the Jor Mela in December. There is no entry fee, and it is located 5 km from the city center, accessible by private taxi or auto rickshaw.
