About K Gudi Wilderness Camp 

K Gudi is named after Kyathadevara Gudi temple, which was built by the Maharaja of Mysore. K Gudi Wilderness Camp is a property that captures the essence of the Biligiri Rangaswamy Temple (BRT) Wildlife Sanctuary, creating a unique and immersive experience for its visitors. This K Gudi Jungle Lodges property itself is unique because it's one of the few resorts in India that allows tourists to stay inside the core area of a tiger reserve. The accommodations typically include tented cottages and log huts, and the camp provides various activities such as jeep safaris, nature walks, and bird watching tours. The K Gudi Camp is located amidst the lush greenery of the Biligiriranga Hills in Karnataka, India. Things to do at the Camp

Guests are escorted on a jeep safari through the BRT forest range, which typically lasts for 1 to 2 hours. One can spot animal tracks in the mud. In the evenings, guests can relax with a campfire or watch a wildlife movie at the audio-visual room. Guests can also take nature walks and trek inside the sanctuary, guided by our naturalists. You can visit nearby tribal villages to learn about their traditions and way of life. Additionally, the camp conducts interactive sessions and presentations to educate visitors about the importance of conservation and sustainable practices.  K Gudi Wilderness Camp also offers cultural and educational experiences that enrich your understanding of the local heritage and wildlife conservation efforts. K Gudi Camp Safari Timings

At 3:45 PM,  a pre-safari briefing is done to get ready for an adventure on the Jeep Safari. However, before the safari begins, a hot cup of tea or coffee will be served. The evening safari timing is from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM.  The next day, the Jeep Safari begins at 6:15 AM and extends until 8:45 AM. Our naturalists will join you for the exciting jeep safaris into the BRT Wildlife Sanctuary.
