The Kemmannugundi Hill Resort used to serve as the summer resort of Krishnaraja Wodeyar IV, who later handed over the property to the Karnataka Government's Department of Horticulture.Yes, it is also referred to as the Sri Krishnarajendra Hill Station in popular culture. As of March 1, 2021, Jungle Lodges and Resorts Ltd. will operate and manage the resort and restaurant as per recent government orders.

The next day starts with an early morning adventure—a guided trek to the Z Point at Kemmannugundi. At 5:30 am, the trek begins, and it lasts for approximately 45 minutes.
